Jay McMickle

Jay McMickle is CISO at Oceaneering, bringing 20+ years of leadership in network, cloud, and OT security. A 2x CCIE, CISM, CISSP, and CCISO, Jay previously served as Director of Security Architecture at ConocoPhillips, aligning enterprise security with global IT/OT objectives. He spent eight years at Accudata Systems, advancing from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant, delivering security programs and vCISO services to OT clients. Earlier, at Baker Hughes, Jay held roles including Sr. Manager of Security Solution Architecture, supporting a global Cisco environment. He holds a BS in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and an AS in Computer Science from San Jacinto College.
